Yes of course it’s for all the clients for the new crop we use as much as possible more friendly machines so as not to injure the fruit of the olive tree. I don't have a huge production, unfortunately, because I don't buy quantities from others because I want to maintain my quality at a certain level, but what each customer tastes is what my family and I eat!because I have a health issue, my diet is specific, so I was careful about the quality from the beginning. Gradually, as my clientele increases, I also buy other olive trees, but I want to do the cultivation myself, because many people use pesticides, while our product is not organic, but we follow the prototypes of organic cultivation.”

Vatika in Greece is an ideal place for growing olives, thanks to its favourable climate and the combination of mountains and the nearby sea. Located near notable historical sites like the Byzantine castle of Monemvasia, the castle of Agia Paraskevi, the Cave of Agios Andreas Kastania, and the ancient sunken city of "Pavlopetri," the region is rich in cultural heritage. With meticulous care from producer Ioannis Stivaktas, advantage of this heritage is taken to produce an excellent olive oil of exceptional quality.
