We ship all over the World - Yes
We use the Royal Mail for all of our shipping services - the shipping costs will be calculated within the cart on check out.
Note International Orders - 2KG Weight Limit
Internationally we can only send orders of 2KG max, so if you order exceeds 2KG you will not be able to checkout! Your options would be to buy less, or split your order into 2 orders.
When will I receive my order?
We ship orders Monday - Friday, as we do not work weekends.
UK Orders
Orders within the UK are sent out with RM48, so they usually arrive at their destination 2 days after dispatch.
International Orders
Orders to our fellow European neighbors usually take 5-10 working days from dispatch. The rest of the world is 7 - 15 working days from dispatch. However, we do have to allow 20 working days before we can consider sending a new parcel out (in the case of a lost parcel). Unfortunately because of Brexit we are limited
Post Brexit - 2023
No import VAT or Customs Duty will be payable if the consignment is valued at less than €150 within the EU. If you are in Europe you will not be charged VAT on your order, but you will still have to pay customs & duty in your country which varies slightly depending on country
Note that sometimes customers are charged by local carriers, handle fees and other charges - Please double check what they are asking you to pay before doing so! Especially if you order less than €150 make sure you you are not paying VAT
Returns
We offer a 30 day returns window, as long as the product is clearly unworn and unwashed or comes with original packaging. Please login with the email you placed the order with here.
You will then be able to request a return through our online portal, once we approve the return you will receive an email with further instruction. If you have any issues don't hesitate to drop us an email
