As for more on the quality, Ioannis himself has disclosed that he does not buy from other producers 'because I want to maintain my [product] quality at a certain level'. Ioannis also ensures that 'what each customer tastes is what my family and I eat!'
'The truth is that if I also sold third-party olive oil, I would have a much bigger profit, but I think that the honesty and the fact that the product is not mass produced is what makes it special'
Ioannis has committed himself to production rather than third party shipping, as he described: 'the calmness of the olive grove, the smells - and in parallel, constantly meeting people in the trade won me over', showing his dedication and pride for the Olive Tentation brand and the methods of sourcing, growing, and producing currently in place
Gradually, as his clientele base and demand increases, he is prepared to buy other olive trees (from further farms), but wants to ensure that he conducts the 'cultivation myself because many people use pesticides' to guarantee that the 'prototypes of organic cultivation' can be upheld and controlled by himself.
