CNC Nanotech Flats

A consistent winner in magazine group tests the award winning Nano thru-pin pedals have a 17mm profile and a 105mm x 100mm platform with a concave body and central bar for added strength. They use sturdy steel pins which screw through from behind for maximum strength. The axles are steel, with sealed bearing and bushing internals which are further sealed for durability.

Ultra Mag

Manufactured from magnesium alloy, the Ultra Mag pedals are a light, flat pedal with a 105mm x 100mm platform. CNC machined from magnesium billet, they are drilled out further to save weight and use hardened custom alloy pins. The axle is cromoly and uses sealed cartridge bearings with bushings for maximum durability and strength.

Delta Mag

The New Delta Magnesium EVO pedals are just 14mm thick with a concave body and replaceable lightweight aluminium thru-pins. Designed by Superstar Components to be a lighter alternative to their award winning Nano pedal it's a huge 28% lighter and 20% thinner, and has a matt coated finish with minimalist design.

Each axle uses 3 bearings, a sintered bush and an oversized polymer bushing to keep them running smoothly.

Magnesium alloy allows us to make a lighter pedal than regular aluminium, and the design is optimised to strengthen areas so durability is maintained at this ultra light weight.

Delta

The Delta pedals are just 14mm thick with a concave body and replacable steel thru-pins. Designed by Superstar Components to be a lighter alternative to the Nano pedal it's 10% lighter and 20% thinner, and has a high polish finish with minimalist design. Each axle uses 3 bearings and a sintered bush kit to keep them running smoothly.
