Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We use the Royal Mail or DHL for all of our shipping services - the shipping costs will be calculated within the cart on check out.

When will I receive my order?

This depends on your location. Orders within the UK are sent out with RM48, so they usually arrive at their destination 2 days after dispatch. However, please note that we print all clothing to order, so we usually dispatch 24-48hrs after orders are placed.

Orders to our fellow European neighbours usually take 5-7 working days from dispatch. The rest of the world is 7 - 14 working days from dispatch. However, we do have to allow 20 working days before we can consider sending a new parcel out (in the case of a lost parcel) 

Cancelling/ Amending an order

If your order has already been dispatched or processed - this means it's too late to cancel. But please get in touch with us as soon as possible, as we may still be able to amend your order if it's not yet been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

For the UK - you should allow up to 10 working days (after dispatch) for your parcel to be delivered, if your parcel has not been delivered by this time please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it.

For Europe and the rest of the world, please allow 20 working days for your parcel to be delivered.  After this time, if you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Can I collect my order?

Feel free to collect your order, but please make sure you contact us first to make sure your order has been printed and is ready for collection. See our contact page here.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please return it with a completed returns form requesting an exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless your order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, or if the order was faulty or incorrect.

Please do not return clearly worn goods, we will not accept items that have been washed or sprayed with perfume of any kind. 

Note: You have 45 days to return your order (from receipt of the items)

How long do returns take?

We aim to get all returns processed and sent back out within a week of us receiving them.

Europe and taxes

Are taxes included in my order?

As the UK is no longer in the European common VAT area, we do not charge VAT or taxes to European customers. However, you will still have to pay these taxes - only you will be charged by the delivery company, not us. So while prices might show as being slightly cheaper when browsing from an EU or a non-UK country, please be aware that you will be charged import VAT and possibly additional customs fees when your order arrives in your local country. 

We advise checking with your local customs authority before purchase for full details of any additional charges that may be incurred. We cannot be held liable for these costs, nor can we pay for them on your behalf. 

Please note: Orders may now be subject to additional import VAT & customs charges within the EU. 

It's a pain and we never voted for it - Damn Brexit!
